High Technology Marketing: Bringing Innovative New Products and Services to Market

EI001 Implementation of a continual stream of innovations plays a critical role in helping companies increase revenues and reduce costs. Participants gain a deep understanding of the strategic role of new products and services. Delve into the latest thinking on how to increase success in the marketplace. Review designs and concepts for new products and services that are being developed, tested, and refined. Walk through the strategies for managing the development and introduction of new products and services. Participants will focus on the increasing importance of marketing in the new product/service development process. Finally, participants present a project plan that will take a new product or service from initial concept to launch.

Managing Innovation Processes to Six Sigma Performance

EI002 Provides personnel with hands-on experience in understanding and applying Six Sigma principles and methodology to drive their innovation processes to world-class performance. Covers Six Sigma principles and methods including:
  • Process management methods and tools
  • Statistical process controls
  • Best practices for developing and designing metrics
  • Managing costs to improve the bottom line
  • Identifying improvement areas enterprise wide
    Current case studies are combined with lectures to maximize learning and to create relevant links between training and the participants’ job responsibilities.

    Managing Emerging Technologies
    2-Day Business Class
    EI003 Enhancing their knowledge in the strategic management of emerging technologies, participants will discuss how they evolve, identify and better manage technologies. Learn how to better manage the process of technology based innovation focusing on emerging technologies. Discuss the management challenges posed by them. Covers how to understand, assess, evaluate, and invest in and the organizational challenges in managing emerging technologies. A broad overview of emerging technologies is evaluated through analysis of company examples, case studies and videos. The course ends with an emerging technology forecasting exercise.
